Service Description

This is a 4 hour rental. More hours can be purchased if needed. Parties for people over 21 and older. Children are welcome to attend but will need to be supervised at all time. No refunds. No smoking or outside alcohol can be brought into the venue. Violation is subject to forfeit the security deposit. Venue provides 6ft rectangle tables, chairs, 3 restrooms, 2 dressing rooms, prep kitchen with microwave, large food warming cabinet, sink, private patio for smokers, bartending services An additional $300 security deposit is due with final and will be returned 48 hrs. after the party depending on the condition of the venue.
